Ingredients

    1 Whole Wheat Pita
    1/4 cup light spaghetti sauce
    6Tbsp fat free mozzarella
    2 Tbsp Parmesan

Directions

Preheat oven to 425*.
Lay Pita on baking sheet, cook for 10 min until crisp. Remove from oven, spread sauce over pita then sprinkle cheese on top. Cook for 5-7 min until cheese melted.
Cut & serve.

1/2 of the pizza is one serving.

    Yum! I threw on some veggies & I split the pita in half so there were two "whole" sides...it made it really a thin crispy style. I used a little less sauce since the crust was so thin this way but it made me feel like I was eating more since it visually looked like a whole pizza :) - 4/19/10

    Very good! I made a whole batch of these today with my 10 year old. We put different toppings on each and she had the fun of making her own lunches for the week. Satisfies the "junk food" cravings! - 6/27/09

  • My favorite pizza recipe by far. I added 4 slices of pepperoni and it was still low on calories. Very good - 12/1/10

  • I added some fresh mushrooms, green peppers, onions and several green olives. I also used low-fat mozzarela instead of fat free. I was really surprised by how good this was. I will definitely be making this again! - 11/21/10
