I love to cook slow and steady meals on the stove top when doing other things on around the house,This is a fun chicken noodle soup i cooked up on a cold winter day. It took several hours while paying bills cleaning and other in house chores and i have to say turned out perfect. I did not have to even add salt. Adjust the spices to your liking,

Ingredients

2 cloves of garlic sauteeled in olive oil
Olive oil 1 TSP
*Fit & Active Chicken Broth, fat free, low sodium, 12 cups
Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 20 ounces
Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup
Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled
*Cumin seed, 1 tsp
Basil, 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper to your liking.
Directions
Sautee garlic in olive oil until soft.
Combine Garlic, chicken broth, onion, celery and spices into stock pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Add chicken breast and simmer at a slow boil for another hour. .Pull the chicken is strips or chunks once it is cooked as fall apart. Combine carrots to the soup and cook for about 30 more minutes Add cooked noodles at the end, ENJOY!
