whole grain, quick and easy whole grain, quick and easy

Ingredients

    whole wheat flour, fresh blueberries, granny smith apple, yogurt, oil, cinammon, brown sugar, egg

Directions

preheat oven to 400 degrees
mix dry ingredients in one bowl
mix wet ingredients in another
rinse blueberries
peel and chop apple
stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, do not over stir
fold in fruit
spoon thick batter into muffin tins
bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes
