    3 cups cooked white rice
    2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    3 tbsp light mayo
    10 oz canned white chicken
    2 slices white bread
    2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter, light spread melted


makes 10 servings in a 9 x 13 pan.

Cook 3 cups of instant rice for 5 minutes.

Combine 3 cups cooked rice, 2 can's 98% fat free cream of chicken soup, 1 10 oz canned white chicken, 3 tbsp light mayo in a large bowl.

Pour mixture in 9 x 13 pan cover entire mixture with bread crumbs, melt light spread and spoon over bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degree's for 30 minutes.
