Ingredients

    *Lamb, Ground, 15 oz
    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 15 oz
    *Chopped Onion (2 tbsp/1 serving), 2 serving
    Marjoram, dried, 1 tbsp
    Rosemary, 1 tbsp
    *Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid), 2 serving
    *Kosher Salt, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Tips

Slice, wrap in foil then a ziploc and freeze for future use. Serve with Tzatziki sauce (yogurt, cuke, salt, garlic, red wine vinegar and mint flakes).


Directions

Pre heat oven to 325

Mix ingredients well. Using a food processor, or kitchen aid, grind the mixture until it forms a paste. Wet hands and pat mixture into loaf size. Place in loaf pan making sure to fill to the edges of the pan. Fill a roasting pan half way full of water. Place the loaf pan in the water, place in the oven. Bake 60 - 75 minutes until meat thermometer reads 165. Remove from oven, pur off any fat, and place on cooling rack. place a brick covered in tin foil on top of the meet until it hits 175 degrees. Slice and serve.
