Ingredients

    1 bunch broccoli
    4 med. hass avocados
4-6 cloves garlic (depending on size and preference)
    1 lime
Salsa Verde (to taste, this is non-fat and very low cal. I use about 3/4 cup.)
    1/2 tsp. salt

Tips

This is a fantastic way to get kids (or anyone) who likes guacamole to eat some broccoli! Serve it with cucumber or celery or carrot sticks instead of tortilla chips, and you have a super healthy, filling snack!

Directions

Clean, chunk and roast your broccoli for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Chill it until it is room temp or cool. Then put it in the food processor and process until it is finely ground. Then add the juice of the lime, the avocados (minus skin and seed, of course), and salsa, salt, and fresh pressed garlic to taste.

Serving Size: Makes about 20 1/4 C servings
