    1 LB Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1 Box With Seasoning Packet Of Dainty Rice
    1 Onion Diced
    1 Clove Garlic Minced
    2 TBS Tomatoe Paste
    1 tsp Ground Oregano
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1.5 Cups Campbell's Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
    5 Medium Sized Red/Orange/Yellow Peppers


Cut the tops off the peppers and put into a microwavable dish. Cook on high for 6 minutes.
Saute the ground beef in a deep skillet until no longer pink. Add the onions and garlic, cook until tender. Add the pepper, oregano and tomatoe paste. Add the rice and seasoning packet. Stir in the chicken broth. Cook until liquid is absorbed.
Stuff the peppers.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until hot, about 15-20 mins.
Can be made ahead.
