    *Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cup (remove)cooked and cooled
    *1 med yellow onion, 1 serving (remove)
    *carrot, 1 cup chopped, 1 serving (remove)
    *Bacon, cooked Oscar Mayer (1 piece), 5 serving (remove)
    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, .5 cup (remove)


Cook chicken as you wish. Chop into small pieces. Cook bacon until crisp - saute onions and carrots in scant amount bacon grease and set aside. Add olive oil to pan and cook 2 beaten eggs omelet style/flip to cook both sides. Remove from pan and cut into pieces. Add chicken, all veggies and rice to pan. Cook until heated through stir often to avoid sticking. Add sesame oil and soy sauce
