Ingredients

    2 cups Buttermilk
    2 cups Bisquick
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 egg beaters, beaten

    8 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup cottage cheese
    1 can diced green chilis

Directions

Grease 9x13 ban or use cooking spray

Beat eggs fluffy and mix with all ingredients except cheese, using beater. Fold in cheese by hand. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
