Introduction

Ingredients

    20 oz. Ground Venison
    1 Med Onion, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    2T chili powder
    1T ground cumin
    1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can sweet corn kernels
    1 can black beans
    1 can chili beans

Directions

Brown the meat with the onion until cooked through. Drain any fat. Place in Crock Pot (Or large soup pot). Drain the corn and the black beans, rinse. Add everything to the pot. If using crock pot, cook on low 8 hours or high for 5. If cooking on the stove, simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally.

Serving Size: 8 1-cup servings
