    6 Large or extra large eggs (or equivalent eggbeaters)
    splash of milk
    1 C diced lean ham
    1/2 Cup low fat grated sharp cheddar cheese
    salt & pepper


Mix all ingredients by hand, in a blender, or with a stick blender. Pour ingredients into muffin tin (makes 12). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
