Ingredients

Crust:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon Taco Seasoning
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Topping:
While the crust is baking, I do the next step:
1 pound ground beef
3 teaspoons Taco Seasoning
10 ounce jar green enchilada sauce
7 oz can whole green chili's, drained and chopped
8 ounces pepper-jack cheese, shredded
Tips
Serve with whatever toppings of your choice. I used a touch of sour cream. The sour cream is not used in the nutritional information.
Directions
Crust:
Beat or whisk the cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add the cream and seasoning; mix well. Stir in the cheese; mix well. Grease a 9 x 13" baking dish; spread the cheese mixture evenly over the bottom. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before adding the topping.
Topping:
Brown the Hamburger; drain the fat. Stir in the seasoning, enchilada sauce and chilies. Spread over the crust. Top with the Pepper-jack cheese. Reduce the oven to 350 degree and bake another 20 minutes (about) until hot and bubbly.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings of about 3 by 4 inches
