    2 bunches Asparagus
    4 slices bacon, cut into 3/4" pieces
    4 chicken breasts, butterflied and cut in half
    Chicken broth, 2 Cups
    1/4 C fours
    1 lemon cut into wedges.


Heat water in pand and add asparagus and c ook 3 Minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove to paper towels.
Season chicken with slat and prpper and cook in bacon drippings.
Remove fron skillet and add fours to drippings and whisk together, slowly addf chicken stock to make a gravy, add chicken and asparagus to pan and heat thru. Squeeze lemen over and add bacon.
