    flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder
    salt, splenda, applesauce, eggs, vanilla extract, zucchini (raw - shredded), sweet potato (raw - shredded)


Preheat to 350deg. Sift first 5 ingredients into medium bowl. Beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla to blend in large bowl. Mix in zucchini and sweet potato. Add dry ingredients; stire well. Transfer to butter and flowered pan. Bake until tester comes out clean....start checking around 50 min. Cool in pan and cut to serve.
