Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh orange juice, or 100% juice blend of orange, peach and mango blend
1 cup 1% milk
8 egg whites, lightly beaten
1 Tbs. pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
12 slices 15-grain bread
1 ½ - 2 cups Honey Citrus Yogurt Sauce (recipe follows)
3 cups fresh berries
Fresh Orange and Strawberry garnish, if desired
Yogurt Sauce
2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup 100% orange, peach, mango juice blend or fresh orange juice
2 Tbs. clover honey
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
1. In a medium-sized dish, whisk together juice, milk, egg whites, vanilla and cinnamon. Add
bread slices, one at a time, allowing to soak in egg mixture for a minute.
2. Spray skillet with nonstick spray and heat. With spatula, gently lift bread slices onto heated
surface and brown on both sides. When done, cut each bread slice in half (into two
triangles), and place 4 triangles on each plate.
3. Top each serving with ½ cup fresh berries and serve 1/4 cup Yogurt Fruit Sauce to the side;
garnish plate with orange and strawberry garnish
for yogurt Sauce
