Ingredients

4 servings Hungry Jack Potato Flakes
Skim Milk according to directions on box (add milk in place of the water).
2 Tbs of butter
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat skillet to medium heat.
Prepare mashed potatoes according to box using all milk and no water and no butter (if you want to add butter it changes nutritional facts). Make the potatoes thick.
Add one tablespoon of butter to skillet and let melt. Place potatoes in skillet, patting down into a patty. Let cook until browned on the one side flip it over adding the other tablespoon of butter as you do this. Cook until browned on other side.
Flipping it over can be tricky but using a non stick pan helps with this.
