Ingredients

    2 cups cooked quinoa (drained)
    1t. ground chia seed
    1t. ground flax seed
    2T.sliced almonds
    1/2 cup any kind milk
    2 dashes salt
    sweeten as desired, i use honey or molasses
    cinnamon, if desired

Directions

Mix all together and heat.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1/2 cup serving
