    1 lb lean ground beef
    5 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 - 14oz can cream corn


First, cook your lean ground beef and onion (add spices to taste), when cooked, pour into an oven safe dishpan.
On top of the beef, in the pan, poor the can of cream corn.
Then, cook your potatoes, once ready, add milk and margarine, salt and pepper to taste and mash the potatoes. When ready, pour them on top of the cream corn.
Place a little wee bit of margarine on top, you can also put a little paprika on top as well.
Cook at 350F for one hour!
This will make approx 6 servings of 1 cup each.
