Ingredients

    1 Pita flatbread (whole wheat)
    1/8 cup pizza sauce (Contadina)
    1 oz feta cheese
    1 cheese stick (shredded) lowfat
    6 lg black olives
    1/4 cup mushrooms sliced
    3 tsp garlic
    1/4 cup spinach (fresh)

Directions

Spread sauce over pita then sprinkle on garlic. Lay spinach leaves over pita then top with olives and mushrooms. Top with shredded cheese stick and bake 10-15 min at 350deg.
