    1 cup steel cut oats
    1 apple, diced
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 cups water
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg


put all ingredients in a small crock pot that has been sprayed well with Pam. Stir. Cover and cook on low 8 hours. Makes four 3/4 - 1 cup servings (may make more depending on the amount of burning you have in the bottom of the crock pot. Is 4 servings, but less burning would provide a larger serving. Calories calculated based on no burning.
