    1/4 cup Old Fashioned rolled oats (oatmeal)
    1/3 cup Almond Milk (you can use skim milk instead)
    1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
    1.5 tsp. Chia seeds
    2 tsp. Honey
    1/2 cup blueberries


Use a container that hold at least 2 cups since the oats and Chia seeds will expand.

This can be warmed by popping it into the microwave for about 30 seconds, but it's meant to be served cold


Add the first 5 items in container, put lid on and gently shake to combine all ingredients. Add the fruit and stir in gently. Place lid back on and put in the fridge to sit overnight. Grab and serve in the morning.
