Ingredients

    - 1 apple
    - 1/2c oats
    - 1/2c milk
    - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    - 1/4 tsp baking powder
    - 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    - 1/8 tsp nutmeg
    - pinch of salt

Tips

Customize by adding in extras such as hemp hearts, walnuts, coconut oil, etc.


Directions

- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine milk and vanilla extract
- Add oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to mixture
- Dice apple and fold into mixture
- Bake for 18-22 minutes
