Ingredients

1 lb boneless skinless chicken
1/2 c. white whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
1/4 c. skim milk
2 T EVOO
5 tsp honey
5 tsp mustard
Tips
The nutritional information includes 1 serving of sauce. If you do not use sauce, the calorie count will be off.
Directions
Mix flour, salt, garlic, egg, and milk in bowl to create batter.
Cut up 1 lb. chicken into nugget sized pieces.
Dredge the nuggets through the batter, make sure to coat thoroughly.
Heat EVOO on stove in skillet. Cook nuggets for 1-2 minutes per side in oil. This will just seal the batter.
Heat oven to 425.
Place nuggets on cooling rack on baking sheet.
Cook for approximately 10 minutes in oven (or until done).
For sauce:
Mix honey and mustard. ;)
