Low fat and low carb chili Low fat and low carb chili
Number of Servings: 12


    Ground Turkey, 3-4 cups
    Celery, 2 cups
    Carrots, 2 cups
    Red Kidney Beans, 1 can
    Diced Tomatoes, 1 28oz can
    Add ground cumin, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, red chili flakes to taste


Can also make this in a slow cooker, but must cook turkey first


Cook ground turkey with onion and garlic (cook thoroughly until turkey is no longer pink)
Add diced tomatoes, celery, carrots, and kidney beans (do not strain beans)
Add 1 tbsp ground cumin - may add more if you'd like
add salt, pepper, cayenne, red chili flakes to taste

Simmer for a at least an hour.

Serving Size: Makes 12 - 13, 1 cup servings
