    Beef, top sirloin, 32 oz Chopped into 1/2" pieces
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup pieces
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.5 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    *Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Aldi Chef's Cupboard Beef Stock, 6 cup
    Parsley Flakes
    2 -Garlic cloves


Serve with a Salad and Healthy Life Itailian Bread for a lo-cal, filling meal.


In large soup pot, saute onion until it starts to become transparent. Add beef to brown. Add mined or grated garlic cloves.

Mix Flour with dry seasonings, spinkle onto beef and onions stir well to make a sort of rue.

Add broth while stirring briskly. Loosen drippings from bottom of pan.

Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, cover, simmer about 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once potatoes, carrots and beef are tender, it should've thickened slightly. Ready to eat.
