Ingredients

    1 pound of dry beans, soaked overnight
    4 Andouille sausages, sliced
    1 tsp Creole seasoning
    water to cover
    Half a pound of kale

Directions

Cook the soaked beans, seasoning and sausage in a crockpot on low for 4-8 hours. Add the kale for the last few minutes, then serve.
