Introduction
Yup it tastes just like apple pie only this one is healthy for you. Have it as a Green Smoothie or not, thus the picture both ways. Ingredients

1 large apple quartered
2 small bananas
1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oats (Raw do not cook)
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
splash of vanilla
12 oz. water
3 ice cubes
***Optional: You can add in:
dash of nutmeg
3-5 walnuts (or other favorite nut such as raw cashew, almond, brazil- use one brazil)
1 T. hemp seeds
1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 cups of your favorite greens
Tips
If you choose to add in any of my optional suggestions you need to calculate the extra calories. When I did the calorie count I already have 2 cups of chopped kale in the calculation.
Directions
Throw into a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
