Ingredients

    1 c. Brown rice, uncooked
    100 g. Carrots, grated
    50 g. Raisins
    50 g. Walnuts, chopped

Directions

Cook rice according to directions. Add other ingredients while rice is still hot so the heat will steam it all slightly.

Serve hot or cold.

Add whatever kind of dressing you please - citrus, tahini, spicy, sweet, or even plain.
