Ingredients

1 package of Martha White honey bran muffin mix
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
1. Peel 3 very ripe bananas and mash in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the Martha White muffin mix.
3. Add 2 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or rum extract), and 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon.
4. Add 1/4 cup of skim milk.
5. Mix with a spoon until all the ingredients are just moistened and mixed- batter will be lumpy.
6. Transfer to a 12 cup muffin tin sprayed with baking spray or lined with baking cups.
7. Bake at 425 degrees F for approximately 8 minutes.
8. Enjoy!
