Very cheap and healthy sub for the on-the-go lunch Very cheap and healthy sub for the on-the-go lunch
Number of Servings: 4

    - 1 wheat bolillo (sub in Spanish) from Wal-Mart Bakery (really, the label says bolillo)
    - Any Yellow Standard Mustard
    - 2 slices of turkey breast (The one below is from Kroger's but any standard turkey breast would work)

    The other ingredients on the list are pretty well self-explanatory

    * Bread, wheat (including toast), 3 oz (remove)
    * Yellow Mustard, 4 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
    * *Great Value Light Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)
    * Turkey breast meat, 2 ounce(s) (remove)
    * Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    * Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 4 leaf, medium (remove)
    * La Costena Serrano Peppers, 3 tbsp (remove)

Well I didn't know how to call this sandwich since is American-Mexican I guess, just cut the bolillo trough the longest part from tip to tip (I know is obvious!). Set all loose ingredients on one of halfs, in the other half set the sticky ingredients, close the bolillo (flipping over the half with the sticky ingredients off course!), grab a napkin and there you have it, another notch!

THIS IS FOR THE WEBMASTER: Hey buddy this is the good one you can delete the other 2 firsts.

Number of Servings: 4
