Ingredients

    1c Almond Flr
    1/2c Coconut Flr
    1/2c Flax Seed (ground)
    2 eggs
    4 egg whites
    1&1/2c yogurt
    1T Baking Powder
    1/2t Baking Soda
    1-2t Vanilla
    1/4c Sugar Sub (opt)
    1c Water

Tips

Don't forget to spray the waffle iron.


Directions

Quick stir all wet (except water) together.
Add all dry and stir.
Then add about 1c water, more or less to get desired consistancy.
Use 1/2c batter for each waffle.
Makes about 6, my iron takes about 5-10 min ea.
