    1 cup Trader Joes steamed lentils
    1/4 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
    1/4 whole avocado
    Sprinkle of Swiss and Gruyere cheese
    Cayenne pepper

Directions

Cook lentils according to package directions. Top with yogurt, avocado, and cheese. I also sprinkled some cayenne.
