Ingredients

    Pastry
    .75 cup plain flour
    .75 cup wholemeal self raining flour
    100g butter
    4 T iced water
    Filling
    800g Pumpkin
    2 cloves garlic
    rosemary
    2 T olive oil
    200 g feta
    11/2 T pine nuts
    milk for glazing pastry


Directions

Prepare pastry sift flours process with butter till crumbly add iced water until mixture forms ball refrigerate for 30 mins,
Preheat oven 200c fan forced oven
combine pumpkin garlic and rosemary and oil in pan bake for 20 mins cool to luke warm. Add crumbled feta salt and oepper.
reduce oven to 180c. Roll out pastry put into a 23cm springform tin go up the sides as well allowing it to form an uneven edge spoon in filling fold edges over mixture sprinkle pine nuts and rosemary over top of filling bake for 35mins till pastry is golden and firm
