Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    3 onions
    1 large green bell pepper
    1 1lb can of tomatoes
    1/2 cup rice
    2 tsp chili powder
    1/8 tsp black pepper

Tips

this tastes awesome with tortillas, especially when you put a little bit of mayo on the tortilla then put some texas hash on it, its really awesome


Directions

brown ground beef until all the way cooked. then drain meat, put back in pan and put onions and bell pepper in and cook until onions are translucent and bell peppers are tender. then add in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, pepper and chili powder. put in a casserole dish and cover. cook for an hr then serve.
