Easy enough to make it at work if you have a toaster oven. Easy enough to make it at work if you have a toaster oven.

    1 small Whole Wheat Pita Shell
    4 slices of tomato
    6 slices of mushrooms
    6 leaves of spinach
    1/8 cup pineapple tidbits
    15 grams cheddar cheese


Take the pita shell and put it on a baking sheet or tinfoil. Put the tomato slices on top of the pita shell, then the rest of the vegetables and pineapple. Top with cheese. Bake at 350F in oven or toaster oven until the cheese is melted.

You can use a variety of vegetables or lunch meat. I sometimes use turkey or chicken lunch meat to get extra protein.
