Introduction

Under 150 calories with 11 grams of protein. Everyday, right after slogging through my morning coffee. It helps that I chop and prefreeze fruit and ginger, in bulk, on my silpat right after grocery shopping. Under 150 calories with 11 grams of protein. Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, .5 medium
    Orange - medium orange, .5 serving
    Apple - 1 med. apple, .5 serving
    Ginger Root, 3 slices (1" dia)
    Crystal Light Green Tea Natural Peach Mango 15 oz
    Nonfat plain Yogurt, 1/4 c
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Hemp protein and fiber powder, 1/4 c
    Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.

Tips

I also add a few shakes of cayenne and dried ginger. In case it does something, it can't hurt.


Directions

Put in blender, add an additional 2 cups cold water, blend until blended.

Serving Size: Make two big, old, mason jar mugs
