Introduction

Baking instead of frying meatballs is healthier, yet extremely tasty and easy. Baking instead of frying meatballs is healthier, yet extremely tasty and easy.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
    1 cup white rice
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp ketchup
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 Tbsp basil
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    salt & pepper to taste

Tips

Serve over rice, pasta or spaghetti squash, with a marinara sauce.


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet and spray it with non-stick cooking spray
3. Mix all ingredients very well by hand
4. Shape into egg size meatballs
5. Bake 350 F 30 minutes or tested done


Serving Size:  Yield depend on size of the meatballs
