Ingredients

    1 C Parmesan Cheese
    1 Stick Butter
    8 Long Ciabatta Rools [or hoagie/deli type rolls]

Directions

Mix 1 stick butter and 1 C grated Parmesan Cheese.
Split bread in half--then into 4" sections. Spread cheese on bread
Preheat Skillet--when hot place bread buttered side down. Allow bread to cook until cheese mixture browns
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve
