Ingredients

    2 cups Heavy Cream
    1 servings Onion, Medium - Cooked
    2 Cups Ham
    16 cups or 1lb Pasta

Directions

In a large skillet saute until translucent-- 1 medium onion, finely diced
Add 1.5 Cups diced ham and continue to simmer until all flavors blend together
Add 2 cups heavy cream and simmer mixture until it begins to thicken
Add 1/2 bag petite frozen peas and continue to simmer while preparing pasta
Heat 6 qt. water and 1 tbsp salt to rolling boil. Add 1lb pasta and cook according to package instructions, reducing cooking time by 2 minutes. Cook pasta till a la dente. Drain well and reserve pasta cooking water in a medium bowl.
Add cooked pasta to sauce, stir well to combine
Sprinkle with 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
