Ingredients

    1 teaspoons Sonny Salt
    2 cups Long-Grain White Rice
    4 cups Chicken Stock - Homemade or Water
    8 tablespoons Sweet Butter

Directions

Bring water or stock to boil.
Stir in rice and salt, return to boil, reduce to low.
Cover tightly and let rice cook undisturbed for 25 minutes.
Uncover pan, add butter and parsley (do not stir)
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes
Uncover; toss rice with fork to mix butter and parsley
Serve
