Ingredients

    1 packet Ideal Protein Chocolate Drink mix
    1/3 cup water
    2 egg whites
    1/3 cup water
    1 tsp baking powder
    splash of almond extract
    1/4 tsp coconut oil
    2 tbs pb2 (to spread on top)
    1 spoonful of walden farms fruit spread

Directions

mix the drink mix, almond extract water, egg whites, baking powder, and oil with a whisk until smooth in a microwave safe bowl (i find this better than a mug, as it overflows a little when cooked). Microwave 2-4 minutes watching closely. Top with prepared pb2 and fruit spread if desired.
