A quick and easy chili for cool days. A quick and easy chili for cool days.
Number of Servings: 8


    1 pkg McCormick Chili White Chicken Seasoning
    1 tbs olive oil
    1 lb chicken tenders or breast
    1 cup water
    2 cans Bushes' white beans, undrained
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper


Serve with cole slaw and corn bread for a great Southern Supper.


Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes.
Add water and beans. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Serving Size: makes 6 one cup servings
