    2 large tomatoes
    1/4 c. parmesean cheese
    1/4 c. goat cheese
    1/4 c. feta cheese
    chicken or vegetable boullion


Cut tomatoes in half, salt and let drain upside down on cooling rack fo 30 minutes.
Sprinkle lightly with boullion.
Mix cheeses and spread on cut edge of tomato.
Place in oven - 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Is rich and satisfying enough to be the main course, but could also be served as a side dish.
