Ingredients

- Olive oil
-Thai Chicken Satay Spice pack
-Onion, medium, diced
-Garlic, 4 cloves (as desired)
-Pepper or red pepper flakes to taste
- 2 Eggs
- 1-2 Carrots diced
- Green beans diced
-White Rice, long grain, cooked, 4 cup
Granulated Sugar 3 tsp
Peanuts, crushed .5 cup
Tips
You can use chicken stock instead of water for more flavor.
Directions
1. On medium heat Cook onion in olive oil until soft (3 min)
2. Add garlic and cook until lightly browned
3. Add vegetables with 2 tbsp of water and spices (3-5 minutes or until browned)
4. Scramble eggs into mixture and heat till cooked.
5. Add rice and stir fry for 3 minutes, adding more spice as desired.
6. Top with sugar and peanuts (crushed) mixed together
7. Eat
