These are a great way of using up leftover roast meat These are a great way of using up leftover roast meat
Number of Servings: 4


    7 1/2 oz (210 grams leftover Lamb or any other roast meat, minced
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    1 large egg, separated
    2 tblspn tomato ketchup
    1 tsp curry powder
    1/2 medium onion chopped
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/4 cup dried breadcumbs


Mix all but the breadcrumbs and egg white together and make into 8 patties.
Dip the patties in the egg white and roll in breadcrumbs.
Spray with Canola spray and either cook in frypan or in oven for 15 minutes, until brown.
