Ingredients

    4 large eggs
    3.5 c white flour
    1 tbsp salt
    Water as needed

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in mixer with dough hook. Add water as needed to make dough moist but not sticky. Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit for 20 mins. Roll with pasta roller and cut into desired shape. Cook in boiling water for 5 mins or until it floats.
