    12.7 oz (360 grams) Turkey, ground or very lean beef
    2 cups Bran Flakes (I used All Bran)
    1 large Egg, beaten
    1 medium Onion, finely chopped
    1/2 cup Carrot, finely grated
    1/2 of a 10 oz (or 250 gram pkt) frozen Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1/2 cup Tomato Pasta Sauce
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder


Mix all ingredients (holding back @ 1/4 cup of tomato sauce) together and pack into a loaf tin lined with baking paper or foil

Top with the remaining pasta sauce and bake in 375 deg F (190 deg C) oven until cooked.

Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
