These pancakes are very tasty and will keep you full for hours. These pancakes are very tasty and will keep you full for hours.
Number of Servings: 5


    3/4 cup Hodgson MIll Buckwheat Pancake Mix
    1 large egg (I use Eggland's Best)
    1/2 cup Milk, 1%
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    1 small ripe banana, mashed


Serve with syrup, apple butter, low sugar preserves, or fresh fruit.


IN a bowl, mash the banana.

ADD the remaining ingredients and stir to mix thoroughly.

HEAT a griddle or pan over medium heat. Use a little spray oil to coat the surface. Pour 1/5 of the mixture onto the hot pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip. Continue cooking for 1-2 minutes. Remove pancake and keep warm. Repeat for the remaining 4 pancakes.

Serving Size: Makes 5 VERY filling pancakes
