    Oat Flour-1 cup
    All purpose Flour-1 cup
    Wheat Germ-1/3 cup
    Baking Powder-1-1/2 tsp.
    Baking soda-1 tsp.
    Brown Sugar-2 Tbsp.
    Salt - 1 tsp.
    Promise ultra-2 Tbsp.
    2 eggs
    Non-fat plain yogurt - 1 cup
    Non-fat Milk -1.5 cups


Mix all dry ingridients, add margerine, milk & yogurt (if too thin, add a bit more all-purpose flour) and the eggs and just beat for a minute until smooth, flod blueberries in and cook until golden brown. Enjoy!

Makes 18 medium Pancakes
2 pancakes = 1 serving
