Ingredients

    0.5 cup chia seeds
    1 cup coconut milk
    1.5 cups almond milk
    3 tablespoons honey
    1 cup mango puree
    optional- 2 teaspoons rose water

Tips

Rose water can be found at many Middle Eastern ethnic markets.


Directions

Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk and honey in a container with a tight-fitting lid.

Shake. And shake. And shake. You might also need to open it up and stir.

Place in refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

Add mango puree and stir.

Divide into 8 servings and enjoy, preferably one at a time.
